I wanted to send you a note of thanks for your extraordinary service
last weekend.

As an out of province landlord I very much appreciated the
accommodations your company made to my schedule. Having just flown in
for the weekend and seeing the amount of junk that was left by the
tenants I wasn't sure how I was going to handle it. Your advice and
suggestions on what I needed and your knowledge of the regulations
about what could and cloud not go into the dumpster was very helpful
to me. The extra service you provided by making a pick up and drop
off outside of your regular schedule meant that I was able to
maximize my time in the city and get the house cleaned out. It is the
kind of service I could never get here in Ottawa.

Thank you very much for everything. I will be sure to use your
company again and would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone
looking for a convenient, affordable and friendly bin rental. Keep up

For anyone one looking for superior service, Nova Scotia style;   In the spring of 2008, we began major renovations to our house.  Over an eight week period we used the Minibinz service.  The bins were always placed exactly where we requested.  The bins were removed and replaced quickly and efficiently.  The prices were competitive and reasonable.

I recently had windows replaced and a 35 year old deck demolished. Disposing of construction materials is challenging for homeoners who deal with this infrequently. I called MiniBinz from the Yellow Pages and found Carolann Milligan. She helped estimate the size of the job, provided information that let me coordinate and made useful suggestions for filling the bin. The bin arrived on time, was picked up promptly and the costs were clearly laid out. I had the comfort of kowing that the materials were being properly dealt with and taken to the landfill. Carolann and her husband have great business skills and are terrific people. It was enjoyable doing business with them and I plan to ask them to propose a plan for the new deck.   I highly recommend Mini Binz. The service is efficient and responsible, the costs reasonable, the people wonderful! Can you ask more? Well there were the great conversations and exchange of recommendations on best brownies and wine!

When we decided to re-roof our house in Early August,we did'nt really have a plan.  But a good friend, Charlie Gaetz,said he had a good roofer that could probably do it on the 8th.  Needless to say, we did'nt have long to plan,but I had seen your ad in the "Shop the Shore" and gave you a call. Thanks to your service the job came off almost perfectly.     Three good friends and a neighbor started at approx. 6;30AM and by 12AM the roof was stripped. The last cap shingle was installed by 10;30PM and it rained at 4AM.     Much of the success of this job was due to the fact that the mini-bin was delivered on very short notice,the truck was quite compact (Fits in small places,under trees,etc.) and the truck was a 4X4 that could manuver on the lawn that was wet all summer. The bin was picked up promptly when the job was finished and the price was very reasonable.      Too bad you two did'nt make it for the Hodge-podge at lunch or the pot-roast at dinner (Another good friend in the food business and a garden ).      Again,many thanks for a quick and courtious service.Its great to know we have the service in the area should we require it again  .. As a local church youth leader, our youth were excited to give service in our community.  We were told about a widow in the area who was in great need to have a large amount of garbage removed from her property.  I called to a few companies in the area who were in the business of waste receptacles and trash removal.  I was impressed by the kind and caring way that 'Mini Binz' handled our transaction.  The owners and operators went out of their way to ensure that our service venture and needs were handled with ease and comfort.  They were extremely professional and courteous in every manner.  This kind of service is unmatched in the community.  We were all so impressed by their ability to meet the needs of their customers, that I know I never need to look anywhere else for this service.

For me, good service is the most important thing you can offer and, unfortunately, it is sadly lacking in most businesses these days. This is not the case with Mini Binz. I was greatly impressed with the level of customer care I received when I called to get a quote on a bin. You took the time to find out what my real needs were and adapted your service to meet my needs instead of the other way around.The bin arrived on time and was removed on time. The operation was painless for me. I am thankful that something as seemingly mundane as renting a disposal bin can become a pleasurable experience. You are very true to your company slogan.
