  1. Customer is responsible for any and all damage to containers on site.
  2. Customer is not to overfill container.
  3. MiNi BiNZ™ Roll-Off Services Ltd. is not responsible for damage to driveways, grass, shrubs, water lines, etc.
  4. There is a $30.00 service charge on returned cheques.
  5. Paint cans, hazardous waste, flammable materials, old tires, car batteries, sealed drums or any liquid that is not identified cannot be placed in dumpster. Televisions, computers, monitors and printers are also prohibited materials.
  6. Non-compliance with regard to the above will result in a minimum penalty of $50.00

Prohibited materials or inappropriate projects include (but not limited to) include old tires, used or discarded vehicle batteries, hazardous liquids, toxic substances, paint, household and industrial chemicals, televisions,computers, monitors, and printers.

                                                           Violations will be subject to a minimum surcharge of $50.00
